Duke Health teamed up with the Latino Community Credit Union, La Semilla, El Centro Hispano, Greenlight and Immaculate Conception Church through the LATIN-19 initiative to create a vaccine clinic for Latinx community members. 

The pop-up vaccination clinic took place at the Latino Community Credit Union on Feb. 9 in downtown Durham. 

Dr. Viviana Martinez-Bianchi was among the leadership team at Duke Health that helped coordinate the event with community partners. The event and with others are part of Duke Health’s mission to ensure that limited vaccine supplies are distributed in ways that promote health equity.
