Effective July 1, Duke University Health System will raise our minimum wage to $20 per hour — making DUHS one of the highest-paying health systems in North Carolina.

This is part of our broader Fiscal Year 2027 compensation investment in our talentforce, which also includes compression adjustments effective July 1 and a 3% annual salary increase and market adjustments later this year.
