A series of brief, bite-sized wellbeing interventions reversed health care worker burnout within days, Duke Health reports in a study publishing in JAMA Network Open. Bryan Sexton, who developed the WELL-B program, says the key to the successful intervention is its short, interactive modules that help people overcome emotional exhaustion.
