Ways to Give
- These can be for one-time gifts as well as to establish recurring giving arrangements. Make a Webgift payment today.
This is accessed via Duke@Work and allows one-time and recurring deductions. For recurring, these can be defined as start/end dates or can be open-ended.
To stop or change any recurring payroll deduction, log onto Duke@Work. You may also start, stop or change an ongoing payroll deduction by contacting the fund coordinator.
- Log onto Duke@Work
- Click "My Info"
- Click "My Pay"
- Look for "Payroll Deductions" near the bottom of the page
- Click on "Payroll Gift Deductions to Duke or Doing Good in the Neighborhood"
- Under "Giving to Duke" click "New Recurring" or "New One Time"
Instructions for recurring deductions:
- Enter the amount you wish to donate each pay period in the first field
- In the second block, type the "DUHS Caring for Each Other Fund"
- Fill in the next two boxes based on when you want your first and last gift to occur
Note: If you do not change the default entry for the end date, your gift will continue until you stop it. - Select "OK"
- Review your selections and select "Save Changes" to complete
Instructions for one-time deductions:
- Enter the amount you wish to donate in the first field
- In the second field, type the "DUHS Caring for Each Other Fund"
- Select the date you wish the deduction to occur
- Select "OK"
- Review your selections and select "Save Changes" to complete
